Open Position: Application Service Support, Manager (IT Service Provider)
An IT service provider is currently hiring Application Service Support, Manager to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Bachelor's degree in IT/ Computer Science or any related area.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in an IT industry with experience working as Level 2 or 3 Technical Support.
- Provide overall direction for the IT Service Support team members covering Application, Database and etc.
- Manage complex customer issues, coordinating appropriate technical personnel, defining workplan, deadlines and driving customer communications until customer has confirmed issue resolution.
- Ensure depth and breadth of technical skills are maintained across the team to support customer demand.
- Monitor the overall quality of service provided by the departments for our clients.
- Having professional IT certifications would be an added advantage.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
