Key Accountabilities
Knowledge of product, system, process:
Understand requirements and process of Industrial filtration systems for compressed air and dryer applications and suggest tailored solution.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for new or existing filtration systems.
Project Management:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure project success.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure all systems comply with industry regulations and standards, including HACCP, FDA, and ISO.
Sales Administration
Regular input of all customer activities to each stakeholder by following standard process.
General
Undertake all tasks with a positive and professional work ethic in a timely manner.
Education Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Competence & Skills:
Strong understanding of filtration technologies and system design principles.
Relevant Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial filtration systems, specifically compressed air filters and dryer systems.
Others:
Proficient in both written and spoken English,
Able to travel less than 10% regionally and locally.
