Position Title: Application Engineer/Field Support Engineer
- Working Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: 5 days, Monday Friday (9 am 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $4800 + Travel Allowances + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Offer application support for customers, including hardware/software integration and sample code preparation.- Handle technical support issues through Salesforce case tickets.
Conduct technical verification of equipment, offer onsite troubleshooting when needed, and provide value-added services.
- Manage product testing and RMA handling within Singapore.
Serve as a liaison between regional offices and headquarters for technical requirements and escalate advanced support issues.- Deliver training to sales channel partners and direct customers.
Develop and prepare technical demonstrations and presentations.
- Support tradeshows and seminars.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Degree in Engineering, preferably Electronics or Computer Engineering.- Proficient in C++/C# .NET programming.
Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of electronic circuits.
Traveling required (within ROA).
