Why You'll Love This Role:
As the Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing our technical teams, ensuring successful project implementation, and providing product support across various levels. You will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and mentor the technical team to achieve project milestones and deliverables
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in both technical and functional domains
- Oversee Level 3 product support, addressing complex issues and ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Manage project implementation from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Provide Level 2 product support, collaborating with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, implementing best practices and innovative solutions
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in application development and implementation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in software development methodologies and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on delivering results
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team
