Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Application Consultant at Lightman Consulting Sdn. Bhd. based in Petaling Jaya. As an Application Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services and technical expertise related to our Worksy HRMS platform. This includes analyzing business processes, conducting software development, and performing business analysis. The role also allows for flexibility to work from home.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify key business requirements
- Experience in consulting, providing guidance, and recommending solutions
- Knowledge of business process management and improvement
- Proficiency in software development and customization
- Ability to perform business analysis and gather user requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with HRMS platforms or HR-related software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
