Job Description

Job Responsibility

App Deployment & Submission

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of releasing mobile apps and updates on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Ensure that mobile applications meet platform-specific guidelines and requirements before submission.
Handle the preparation of metadata, screenshots, and release notes for app submissions.

Release Management

Oversee version control and manage release cycles, ensuring timely and smooth deployment of new features and updates.
Monitor and address issues during app deployment, ensuring minimal downtime.
Track app approval processes and resolve any issues or rejections from app store submissions.

Collaboration

Work closely with development teams, product managers, QA, and marketing to coordinate app launches.
Ensure that all necessary stakeholders are informed about release timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage the release of beta builds.

Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor app performance post-release, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), crash reports, and user feedback.
Provide regular updates and reports on app store performance, release progress, and any roadblocks encountered.

Continuous Improvement

Implement strategies to streamline the release process, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
Stay updated on changes to app store policies, guidelines, and industry best practices.

Technical Knowledge

Understanding of iOS and Android app development processes, including testing and release management tools.
Knowledge of App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and related app distribution tools.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

Qualifications

Minimum education is Degree
Language requirements: English and Mandarin
3+ years of experience in mobile app deployment, release management, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with the app submission process for both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Familiarity with app version control systems and mobile development lifecycle.

Skills

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple releases in parallel.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle deadlines and work under pressure.

Communication

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate across teams and departments.
Ability to clearly communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Fastlane).
Familiarity with mobile analytics and crash reporting tools (e.g., Firebase, AppCenter).
Experience managing A/B testing for app features.
Knowledge of app security and performance optimization techniques.
