We are seeking an experienced APAC Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in recruiting for the job market context of Singapore and Malaysia Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles in our organization across the APAC region. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent across the APAC region
  • Source, screen and select qualified candidates for various roles, ensuring a diverse candidate pool
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications for fit and suitability for the role
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to manage candidate pipelines and track progress
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system
  • Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in recruiting for the job market context of Singapore and Malaysia
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting for various Technology roles across the APAC region
  • Ability to manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with recruitment tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
