Design and implement new user-facing features in Android applications for our app suite
Have the ability to balance high response, stable and efficient code with attractive and functional aesthetics
Efficiently use third-party data sources and APIs
Proactively improve our development process including CI/CD pipelines, best practices, code review and other quality assurance activities
Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs and improve application performance
4+ years solid Native Android software development experience- Proficient with OOP Programming languages. Kotlin (Required)
Solid UI/UX design experience
- Experience with Android and Third party SDKs, Android Studio and GIT workflow
Knowledge with REST API, RPC and Websocket communication- Experience with Android Hardware integration, Arduino, ROS
Strong understanding of SQLite or other local databases, with experience in offline data storage and retrieval
- Can write clear, readable, and maintainable code
Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent industry experience- Good knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, IOT, Robotics, and emerging technologies
Knowledge in Python is an added advantage
- Basic or Fluent English level
