Job Description

Overview

The Analytics Manager will be responsible for leveraging digital analytics to deliver strategic insights that optimize media planning and advertising strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Research (including conducting & building survey), Data Modelling, web analytics, data interpretation, understanding of data technology and a passion for deriving actionable insights to inform key business decisions across media platforms. This role will involve deep analysis, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure that media investments are data-driven and effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data strategies to optimize media planning and drive ROI across campaigns.
  • Provide analysis, reporting, and actionable insights for digital campaigns, user journeys, and social media performance.
  • Collaborate with the Planning and Performance team to deliver strategic guidance and business opportunities based on data analysis.
  • Support sales forecasting, advertising budget planning, and online conversion optimization for clients.
  • Promote the use of digital analytics, including attribution modelling, across internal teams to justify media investments.
  • Automate data processes and develop quantitative analyses to highlight campaign performance across multiple digital platforms (e.g., programmatic, social media, mobile, e-commerce).
  • Lead data-driven optimization efforts to improve customer engagement, prospect conversion, and user experience.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior clients, and collaborate on delivering data-driven media strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization stays ahead of digital innovations.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and familiarity with digital attribution modelling techniques.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using data to drive media strategy, ROI measurements, and online conversion optimization.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for performance reporting and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a focus on delivering insights to clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading and developing a team of analysts and fostering an environment of learning and development.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with multiple digital advertising platforms and a holistic view of the digital ecosystem.
