About The Role
We seek highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Analyst Supply IPE, Procurement Operations team. In this role, the candidate will serve as Subject Matter Expert and partner with the team to assist with timely, accurate and customer-focused execution of Invoice Processing.
About The Role
- Demonstrate an overriding commitment to Health, Safety, Environment and Community (HSEC)
- Ensure alignment with and compliance to internal controls including the BHP Charter and Code of Business Conduct, Group Level Documents, agreements, systems, standards, and procedures
- Contribute towards achieving set performance targets and KPIs
- Develop supportive relationships with others in the team and demonstrate and promote operational discipline when executing day-to-day activities
- Provide quality subject matter expertise and any necessary coaching to the Administrators
- Assist with timely distribution of process work and redefining of priorities where required
- Contribute to maintain a culture of innovation, learning and development and continuous improvement, applying BOS (BHP Operating System) methodology
- Recommend, review, and implement improvement initiatives in existing processes, practices and systems
- Create and maintain local operating procedure documentation
- Assist with system testing and internal controls as required, and ensure adherence to implementing improved controls
- Assist the Team Leader with analysis of Key Performance Indicators, and ensure data integrity in reporting
- Contribute and execute the Procurement Operations strategy
- Help with internal and external audit requirements
- Provide quality subject matter expertise and any necessary coaching to the Administrators
- Participate in control self-assessment teams and other internal review processes
- Identify risks and provide input into planning and action based on risk assessment
- Process invoices and help where required
- Process ad hoc approved exception invoices and ad-hoc queries from stakeholders
- Assist team with the resolution of complex requests and escalations
About You
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge in invoice processing will be added advantage
- Working knowledge of process improvement processes and methodology desired
- Degree or equivalent education required
- SAP as applicable to purchasing / supply
- Microsoft Office (*Outlook, *Excel, *PowerPoint)
