We are looking for a detail-orientated Supply Chain Analyst who is a team player and passionate about achieving the best outcomes for our clients. This role involves qualitative analysis to deliver best in class solutions in the Supply Chain and Solutions arena. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with supply chain and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and responsibilities
You'll work under the guidance of Senior Consultants, Managers and Directors and be exposed to a broad range of projects, clients and industries. In this role you will be responsible for:
Working under supervision of an experienced supply chain team to deliver requirements for multiple clients, including:
Specify and formatting data requirements for project use
Manipulating and cleansing large databases using Excel and database tools
Developing client-ready project documentation
Conceptualising and modelling supply chain solution alternatives to agreed client requirements
Developing business case models to establish the investment case for proposed transformations
Assist in preparing and delivering project management plans
Engaging and building effective working relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment to project deliverables
Collecting, analysing and interpreting supply chain performance data
Identify trends and areas for improvement through data analysis and tracking dashboards
Ensure all work is compliant with safety requirements
Being an active member of your Supply Chain team, continuing to build the culture at TMX
Experience
2 + years of experience in supply chain, ideally within a consultancy or supply chain or logistics industry environment
Supply Chain functional knowledge in key supply chain areas, such as distribution network design, warehousing and DC's, logistics, warehousing and DC's, domestic and international freight, inventory, S&OP, logistics finance.
Previous supply chain experience from 3PL/LSPs, consulting or supply chain functions in other industries
