Global Process Support
Participate in Global/Site Business and Regional Process Networks to share best practices and drive operational performance.
Support global projects including Project Nexus financial reporting standardization workstreams and Integrated Supply Chain reporting dashboard enhancement and collaborate with regional/country partners to ensure the realization of reporting enhancement initiatives.
Act as a COE Super User for end-to-end financial planning and reporting process.
Trouble shoot process issues and offer solutions
Coordinate and / or deliver process training, including onboarding for new hires/roles
Ensure process knowledge is delivered and sustained within their respective area
Continuous improvement in planning / process simplifications and automation
Regional Finance and BP&A Support
Collaborate with regional/country partners to drive Finance and BP&A activities as well as continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure that partners needs are recognized, prioritized, and supported.
Support planning and budgeting models, develops and monitors forecasts, trends and support performance management analysis and commentary development for assigned regional/country partners.
Understand Budgeting, Planning, and Operational data to run standard deliverables and develop ad-hoc reports using globally standardized tools.
Qualifications
B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance required
Minimum 3+ years of relevant FP&A and Accounting working experience required, preferably in a manufacturing industry or public accounting.
Knowledge
Candidate must be highly proficient working with Microsoft Excel and reasonably proficient with other common applications such as MS PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of SAP ECC, BPC, and Power BI is desirable.
Skills
Candidate should be well organized and possess good analytical and communication skills
Self-driven, proactive and seeks continuous improvement
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, challenging environment with strong attention to detail
Previous experience working in a highly visible role that will interact with individuals at all organizational levels
