Job Description
Skills and expertise in demand (Across all levels and industries) include but not limited to:-
- Financial Modelling
- Corporate Finance
- Investor Relations
- Evaluating, structuring, executing and managing investments
- Value Creation
- Financial Due Diligence and/or Commercial Due Diligence
- Market research, business case analysis, financial analysis, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment
- Monitoring of investment performance and / or portfolio management
- Preparation and presentation of investment paper and business cases for stakeholders / investors
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable and accredited university
- Professional qualifications will be an added advantage but not compulsory
- Minimum 3 years of solid and progressive experience in any of the areas listed above - Banding and remuneration package negotiable depending on overall level of experience and expertise in the key skills / competencies
- Strong stakeholder management skills and versatile communication skills
- Progressive mindset with balance of both quantitative and qualitative background
