Integration Project Execution - Oversee and execute integration projects as needed to combine operations and extend branding and ecosystem elements.
Relationship Management - Deliver exceptional customer service to alliance partners, cultivating strong, enduring relationships that drive high-output and high-value collaborations.
Performance Tracking and Reporting - Monitor, track, and report on the performance metrics of alliance partners to inform strategic decisions and optimize resource allocation.
Requirements
Multilingual Proficiency - Strong language skills in Malay, English, and Mandarin are essential. Fluency in Vietnamese, Thai, and Bahasa is highly advantageous.
Charismatic Stakeholder Management - Possess strong charisma, presentable and exceptional stakeholder management skills to influence and engage effectively at all levels.
Interpersonal Skills - A natural people person with a talent for eloquent communication, capable of fostering trust and building rapport with diverse partners.
Experience - 3-4 years of experience in relationship management or a related field, ideally within the banking or real estate or co-living industry, demonstrating a track record of successful partnerships.
Business Acumen - Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of industry dynamics and trends, enabling strategic decision-making, problem solving and impactful partnership development.
Travelling - Able to travel locally or regionally as needed.
