Job Overview: The Airbnb Cleaning Supervisor makes sure our Airbnb properties are clean and ready for guests. This person leads the cleaning team, checks the quality of cleanings, and handles supplies and maintenance needs.
Supervise Cleaning Team: Lead and schedule cleaners, and provide training.
- Quality Checks: Inspect properties to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
Manage Supplies:
Keep track of cleaning supplies and order more as needed.Handle Maintenance:
Report and follow up on any repair needs.Guest Preparation: Ensure properties are set up for guests and handle special requests.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of cleaning tasks and inventory
and other ad hoc tasks
Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is a plus.- Must own a car (need to pick up cleaner)
Good leadership and organization skills.
- Attention to detail and good communication.
* Ability to lift and move heavy items.
