Job Descriptions:- Willing to take the challenge to manage airfreight team with daily quotation and operations.
Work closely with airlines or master loaders to understand latest airfreight market situation.- Able to act promptly on daily airfreight issues and provide solution.
Able to lead team and share airfreight experience with team member to solve daily airfreight challenge.
- Sufficient knowledge to handle airfreight shipment to Latin America, Europe, USA and Intra-Asia.
Provide support to continuous improvement activities/projects to improve efficiency and to assess market conditions to determine sales potential of products and services- Promote and sell services to existing or potential clients which target to expand customer database.
Responsible for achieving sales targets for the sector in Freight Forwarding (Air freight) for either Import or Export Markets, as well as international market.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, preferable major in business administration, marketing, logistics and/or supply chain management.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience related to shipping or logistics industry is required for this position.
Has strong knowledge & experience in selling Air Freight product.- Strong industry knowledge, logistics requirements, market trend and proven sales track record.
Good computer proficiency in MS Office and able to deliver presentations tailored to the client needs.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
