Assist guest and doing whatever IT takes to ensure guests satisfaction.
Inspect all operating systems and components of the property to ensure they are operating properly.
Promptly respond to front desk reports of guests problems or concerns, updates the front desk when issue(s) rectified.
Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, or makes recommendations for repairs, of all building components and furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Advises if external contractor is needed.
Understands and applies all properties safety and security procedures as required to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees and guest.
Remain ON-CALL as scheduled to respond to emergency guests and property issues that may arise after working hours.
Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters so that prompt corrective action can be taken.
House keeping.

Job Requirements
Min Qualification: SPM or equivalent.
Preferably with experience working as a building/facilities maintenance technician.
Ability and willingness to work off/varied shift/weekends, as required.
Preferable have professional license or certification in one of the following areas; Electrician, HVAC, Plumber/Pipefitter, Automation/Controls, Machining, Welding.
Basic knowledge in trouble shooting will be added advantage.
Able to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia & can understand simple English.
