Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated AI and Digital Transformation Lead to guide our digital journey by incorporating AI across all departments, including design, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and operations. In this role, you will identify opportunities to apply AI and data-driven solutions throughout the company, working closely with teams to implement AI technologies that optimize processes, improve decision-making, and drive business growth. A key part of your role will also involve supporting CAD and CAM-related AI initiatives to enhance our design and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Strategy and Implementation:
- Lead the development and execution of AI initiatives across all departments, ensuring AI is leveraged to enhance business processes, improve efficiency, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Work with various teams to identify AI use cases, from sales forecasting to customer service optimization, and develop tailored solutions to meet business needs.
- Drive the adoption of AI technologies such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and natural language processing to automate tasks and generate valuable insights.
Data Management and Insights:
- Develop strategies for data capture, storage, and analysis, ensuring data is well-structured and ready for AI applications that drive insights across the company.
- Create dashboards and reports to track performance metrics, providing actionable insights that support decision-making across various functions.
- Ensure data management practices align with company standards and security requirements, maintaining data integrity and accessibility.
ERP and System Data Integration:
- Oversee the integration of AI with existing ERP, CRM, and other business systems to streamline operations and improve data flow.
- Ensure smooth data integration between ERP, CAD, CAM, and other key systems, supporting efficient workflows and enhancing overall business performance.
- Assist in implementing AI-driven solutions specific to design and manufacturing, using data from CAD and CAM systems to optimize production processes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance the use of data in CAD and CAM, focusing on improving product quality, reducing errors, and increasing manufacturing efficiency.
Process Optimization and Innovation:
- Lead efforts to re-engineer business processes using AI, identifying areas for improvement and driving innovation across departments.
- Support teams in applying AI to optimize operations, from product design and production to sales and customer service.
- Coordinate AI projects, managing timelines, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teams to explore new AI technologies and innovative approaches.
Training and Change Management:
- Develop and deliver training programs to upskill employees on AI tools and processes, promoting effective use and adoption of new technologies.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions as AI-driven processes are integrated into daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in AI, data integration, digital transformation, or related fields.
- Familiarity with cloud-based ERP, CRM, and other business systems, and the ability to integrate AI into business processes.
- Basic understanding of CAD and CAM systems and their role in manufacturing is is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
