Job Responsibilities:-Overall in charge of group plantations in Selangor and Penang, focal person with sites-in-charge personnel.
- Oversee day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of headquarter buildings green projects and landscape.
Perform site audit when necessary and feedback on plantation condition & progress to senior management.- Provide monthly reporting and monitor production KPIs on all plantations.
Create, Educate and Promote Urban Farming for the Company.
Diploma/ Advance/ Graduate Diploma in Plantation Management, Agricultural Science, Forestry or related fields.
- 1-2 years supervisory experience in plantation management or similar fields will be added advantage. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Language required(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on leadership qualities, passionate and determined to complete tasks on hand.- Passion in gardening is desired.
Adaptable and able to work as a team.
- Willing to travel to various locations even traveling to outstation to visit Companys plantations.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (9am to 6pm)
