Responsible for growth of sales and profitability of assigned area (Perak) by developing and promoting the company's range of fertilizers and additives to customers.- Service the existing and develop new customers: develop strong relationship with planters, dealers and growers in assigned area.
Managing day to day sales and marketing activities with smooth delivery & dispatch of goods and on time payments from customers, with the support of a strong and competent backend office.
- Collects market information and keeps abreast of market and industry trends.
To execute promotional campaigns in dealers, planters and growers level to meet organizational objectives.
Degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, Agronomy, Botany, Horticultural Science or related fields- At least 1-2 years of working experience (including internship) in agriculture industry or related field ( Fresh Graduates with relevant Degree are encouraged to apply )
Required language(s): English and Malay
- Candidates fluent in mandarin will be an added advantage as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
Possess strong commitment, able to work independently, self-motivated and target driven.- Willing to travel and enjoy working outdoor (farms/estates visits)
