Job Purpose

This position extends support to our agency force in relation to their customers inquiries and feedback on policy related alterations and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Attending to inquiries, feedback and complaints from agents and frontliners related to policy alterations and customers communication
Conduct Voice-of-Customer Survey, follow up with customers to understand the insight of their feedback and extend assistance to address their concerns
Involve in data checking and cleaning i.e. contact information to ensure our customers data are up-to-date
To liaise with customers and agents for refund payment and benefits payout
Assist in processing financial and non-financial related policy alterations

Key Requirements

Diploma/Degree in any discipline
Minimum 1 year working experience
Result-oriented with sense of urgency towards True Customer Centricity
Good command of spoken and written English
Willingness to handle high volume workload and extra working hours with OT
