Job Summary
We are looking for a service expert responsible in enhancing service quality to agencies by growing agencies satisfaction towards services provided by the Company; to drive the adoption and development of agencies towards digital initiatives by the Company.
Key Responsibilities
Attending to and reviewing of enquiries, appeals and complaints by agency force on operational issues.
Identifying operational issues that would affect agents and customers experience and relate to the relevant parties.
Develop comprehensive strategies to achieve Digital usage KPIs.
Proactively engage agencies to nurture service satisfaction through hospitality and courteousness and gathering feedbacks from leaders and agents for further enhancements.
Providing constructive feedbacks and organize training to agency force on areas that need improvement and to promote usage of Digital tools.
To prepare agency survey and to analyze the survey results; conduct Digital Review with agencies.
Requirements
Must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Marketing, Finance/Banking, Hospitality or equivalent.
Possess good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Able to work under pressure and adapt well to fast paced environment.
Frequent travels within Northern region is required.
Preferably with at least one year working experience.
Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
