Role & Responsibilities :- Manage after-sales affairs for West Malaysia, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Analyze warning and maintenance data to identify trends and improve after-sales processes.- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction levels.
Independently handle after-sales work for international clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Prepare comprehensive after-sales service manuals in English for easy reference and understanding.
Assist in the production of repair videos to aid customers and technicians in troubleshooting and repairs.- Lead and develop the after-sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
Establish and improve the after-sales department's systems and workflows to enhance efficiency and customer service.
- Develop a technical analysis process for after-sales problems, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective solutions.
Continuously enhance after-sales skills and professionalism through training and development opportunities.
Proficient in repairing VRV, Chiller, and Light CAC systems.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills.
