We are seeking dedicated After-sales Service Specialists to join our dynamic team. As a After-sales Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Your primary mode of communication with customers will be through email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Responsibilities
- Provide detailed answers to customer inquiries about product functions, specifications, usage, and troubleshooting.
- Keep customers updated on their order processing progress, shipping details, and delivery status.
- Assist customers with return requests, explain return policies, and guide them through the return process.
- Process return applications promptly, ensuring customers receive their refunds in a timely manner.
- Offer technical support and solutions for any problems customers encounter with products.
- Handle invoicing requests accurately, ensuring customers receive correct billing information.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the e-commerce field, with a solid understanding of customer service best practices
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
- Strong ability to think critically and provide practical solutions to customer issues
- Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other departments as needed
