Job Responsibility

Respond promptly to post-purchase customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Assist customers with order tracking, delivery status updates, and return processing.
Handle product return and exchange requests efficiently and professionally.
Resolve post-purchase complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate information regarding product care, usage, and return policies.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily and gather feedback on their purchase experience.
Document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and product teams, to resolve complex customer issues.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to better assist customers with post-purchase queries.
Contribute to the process improvement of the department.
Develop team members to improve team performance.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; a university degree is preferred.
Proven customer service experience, preferably in an online or e-commerce environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word.
Ability to speak, write, and read Chinese is a must. Proficiency in English is highly desired.
Ability to handle stressful situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
