We are looking for an After Sales Service Coordinator to join our team in Puchong area!
A polite, calm and well-spoken individual preferably with 1-2 year(s) experience in After Sales Service Coordination.
Proficiency in reading and writing in the English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese languages preferred.
A good understanding about the process and flow of After Sales Service coordination for kitchen appliances.
Experienced and comfortable in handling customer inquiries on phone calls, text messages, and emails.
Be part of the After Sales Service team to deliver high level of service standard to customers.
Able to track issues and cases accurately and able to multi-task, set priorities and manage time efficiently.
Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office & other software; able to write emails and answer them professionally.
Results oriented and motivated and able to work independently while being a team player.
