Program Descriptions
- This is an 18 months accelerated program.
- Aims to develop home-grown top talents through a series of learning events, personalized rotations, and stretched assignment across the different segments of the banking business within a specialized area (track).

Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's Degree / Professional qualification in any discipline from a recognized institution
- Outstanding scholastic record with a minimum CGPA of 3.50.
- Graduates with not more than 2 years of working experience.
- Aged 26 years old and below.
- Candidate must have strong leadership qualities with good analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written Bahasa & English communication.
