Job Summary:The Affiliate Talent Management role is responsible for setting up and guiding affiliate sellers from the company, identifying and recruiting affiliate sellers from online marketplaces, and collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to enhance brand awareness and drive sales. The role also involves designing campaigns or proposals with outstanding sellers and supporting livestream needs of affiliates in collaboration with DMS colleagues.
Affiliate Seller Management (CNI Business Owner - CBO):- Develop and implement strategies to recruit, onboard, and support company-based affiliate sellers.
Provide training and guidance to affiliate sellers on best practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques.- Monitor and evaluate the performance of affiliate sellers, offering constructive feedback and support to enhance their success.
Online Marketplace Recruitment:- Identify potential affiliate sellers on various online marketplaces.
Develop and execute recruitment campaigns to attract and engage these sellers.- Establish relationships with online marketplace affiliates to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual growth.
KOL and Influencer Collaboration:- Identify and reach out to suitable Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers who align with the company's brand and objectives.
Negotiate and manage collaborations with KOLs and influencers to promote products and drive sales.- Track and analyze the effectiveness of influencer partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Campaign Design and Proposal:- Design and develop campaigns or proposals in collaboration with outstanding sellers to maximize their potential and drive sales.
Coordinate with sellers to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns and initiatives.Affiliate Livestream Support:
Collaborate with DMS colleagues to support affiliate livestream needs by providing knowledge and some design collateral, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality production.
- Provide guide on technical and logistical support for affiliate livestream events, including setup, troubleshooting, and post-event analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, talent management, or a related role.
Strong understanding of online marketplaces and social media platforms.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in affiliate marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Creativity in developing innovative marketing and recruitment strategies.
Knowledge of current trends in influencer marketing and social commerce.

- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns to support affiliate and influencer initiatives.
Participate in departmental meetings and provide regular updates on affiliate and influencer activities.

Engagement and conversion rates from KOL and influencer collaborations.
