Able communicate with customers and understand treatments offered by the company to provide suitable treatments for customers.
Able to handle online customer handovers, arrange for in-person consultations, and continue follow-up after the customers treatment is completed.
Able to manage customer dissatisfaction and provide appropriate solutions and reassurance.
Interest in sales and be able to meet monthly targets on time.
Execute temporary tasks assigned by the management.

Key Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in aesthetic services field. However, if you are a fresh graduate with no related experience, you are also welcome to join this industry!
Ability to communicate and write in Mandarin is essential, as the main customer base communicates in mandarin. Proficiency in English is a plus.
Days off are based on a shift system, and workdays include weekends and public holidays.
You must have an interest in beauty, fashion, medical aesthetics, or other categories related to improving your appearance.
