Job Responsibilities
Assist doctor in consultation and treatment room.
Prepare of treatment rooms, and maintain cleanliness & neatness of work stations
Perform facials and other non invasive therapy
Knowledge of Facial, Machines , Laser and others skills
To assist doctor in routine medical procedures, following clinic standard operations procedure.
Ensure clients satisfaction and comfort after each treatment therapy.
Provide administrative support in terms of customer care, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accuracy in customers treatment logs.
. Assist in checking and maintaining inventory and treatment supplies
Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
Job Requirement:
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
At least 1 Year of working experience in the Aesthetic industry.- Good organization skills and ability to multi-task.
Must be a team player with good interpersonal skill and pleasant disposition
- Highly independent and Excellent in communication skills
Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care)- Work passionately in customer service,
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
