POSITION - SALES ADVERTISING EXECUTIVE
LOCATION - BAYU PERDANA, KLANG
SALARY - RM 3000-4000
Job Responsibilities :
Able to provide client and project team leadership, develops senior level client relationships and is regarded by the client as a trusted advisor.
Ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities.
Able to play a role in contributing business development ideas & strategies and execute diligently to achieve companys goals.
Identifies growth potential in new sectors, formulate sales and marketing plans which support profitable new business and retention objectives.
You will be the evangelist who educates the industry leaders on our product, be the expert who they trust in building success stories together.
Leading multifunctional work with different business teams.
Setting up timelines to produce quarterly/monthly business performance reports and sales forecasts.
Able to achieve sales KPI set and meet expectations of the Management.
Managing of campaign/project briefing, proposals & presentations.
Coordinating day-to-day communications between creative team and clients.
Maintaining and expanding of businesses from existing accounts and to develop new accounts/clients.
Manage clients projects through coordination with the team and ensure quality delivery.
Making sure that your projects/campaigns run smoothly and have strong problem-solving ability.
Job Requirements :
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Finance, Accounts, Economics, preferably in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in Business Development in exploring new clients and/or products.
Experience in sales & marketing, or other experience, in related fields such as brand or business consulting and development.
Working experience in advertising agency or related filed is an added advantages.
Strong verbal and written communications skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, coordination and organizing skills and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets is required.
Proactive, resourceful and able to independently multi-task.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Follow-throughs tasks and projects at hand.
Should be highly self-motivated and self-driven, energetic, aggressive, innovative and have a positive and great working attitude.
Highly committed and results-oriented person and able to work under pressure.
