About the job:
We are seeking an experienced Analytics Developer with a strong background in Adobe Analytics implementation using Adobe Web SDK for both web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Tag Management (Adobe Launch) and the ability to create insightful dashboards for performance tracking and reporting. Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementation is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adobe Web SDK Implementation:
- Implement and configure Adobe Analytics using Adobe Web SDK on web and mobile platforms.
- Ensure proper data collection, event tracking, and user behavior analysis.
- Adobe Tag Manager (Adobe Launch):
- Implement and manage Adobe Launch for tag management and analytics tracking across digital platforms.
- Create and update tags, rules, and data layers to capture business-critical data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tag-related issues in real-time.
- Dashboard Creation and Reporting:
- Design and build custom dashboards in Adobe Analytics to track key metrics and deliver insights for decision-making.
- Automate reporting to provide business stakeholders with easy access to performance data.
- Data Integrity and Testing:
- Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms.
- Collaborate with development teams to validate analytics implementations and resolve any tracking issues.
- Cross-Platform Analytics Integration (Good to have):
- Support Google Analytics and GTM implementation for cross-channel analytics (web and mobile).
- Set up and configure tracking tags, triggers, and variables in GTM.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with marketing, development, and product teams to understand business goals and translate them into technical analytics requirements.
- Provide training and support to team members on analytics tools and reporting best practices.
Requirement and Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in Adobe Web SDK implementation for both web and mobile applications.
- Expertise in Adobe Launch (Adobe Tag Manager) for tag management and data tracking.
- Strong ability to create and manage custom dashboards in Adobe Analytics.
- Familiarity with front-end development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and its role in analytics implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in handling data accuracy and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementation and configuration.
- Knowledge of Tealium and Ensighten for tag management and data orchestration.
- Understanding of API integrations for data exchange between analytics tools and other systems.
- Familiarity with additional data platforms and tag management systems that complement Adobe Analytics.
