Job Description

* Administrative Support :
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, redirecting them as necessary
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for management
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and documentation
  • Clerical Duties :
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Management Assistance
- Provide support to management by compiling data, and preparing reports
- Assist in the coordination of events, including logistical arrangements and communication with stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between management and other staff members, conveying instructions and requests as needed
- Help in the implementation of administrative policies and procedures
  • General Support
- Assist colleagues and team members with tasks as required
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM1,800.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Day shift
