To manage the companys ecommerce platform & Social Media (Website, Shopee , lazada, Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram & Xiao Hong Shu)
To involve throughout the campaign idea, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization process which to hands-on experience using various digital marketing platforms.
Works closely with ecommerce platform agency to achieve specific company objectives, such as; increasing digital/online sales, lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions.
Manage the overall process of the Company's e-commerce platform ( website, Lazada & Shopee)
Attend to online customer enquiries, comments, complaints and find solutions for customers.
Generate, manage & publish relevant and engaging digital content for website and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok , Xiao Hong Shu etc.
Work with agency in planning and joining all the campaign in Marketplace (Shopee , lazada and etc)
Manage social media marketing campaigns, monitor and track online campaign progress to determine campaign effectiveness.
Conduct research on market trends, brands audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
Prepare the report for the price comparison with other competitors.
Analyze marketplace and social marketing reports (e platform and Social Media) and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
Additional Responsibilities
Familiar with China top 10 marketplace platform.
Conduct research on China market trends, brands audiences and competitors.
Prepare the report for the price comparison with other China competitors.
Analyze China marketplace and social marketing reports (e platform and Social Media) and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
Willing to travel to China.
Able to speaking and writing in Mandarin
Job Requirements
At least 3 years experience in social media & e-commerce activities
Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing, Business Admin or any related field.
Conscientious, patient, able to work within tight deadlines.
Knowledge of manage Marketplace, social media
Additional knowledge to manage live streaming, Tik Tok & Xiao Hong Shu will be an advantage.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin (advantage) Bahasa Malaysia
Full-time position is available. 5.5 days work, Saturday half day
