JOB DESCRIPTION- To perform a proper filing system and data entry
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.- Assist in preparing reports and other documents as required.
Accurately input and maintain data in electronic and paper-based systems. Organize and update records as needed.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as processing customer inquiries and coordinating office supplies.
Provide support to colleagues and departments as needed- To perform any ad-hoc duties from time to time
Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Language required: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Positive attitude, good personality and able to communicate well
Possesses strong organizational skills and can work independently with minimum supervision.- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
