Assist in preparing suppliers for audits by providing guidance on compliance requirements.
- Follow up on audit findings and corrective action plans to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain comprehensive records of all Sedex and BSCI activities, including audit reports and corrective actions.- Generate and analyze reports on supplier performance and compliance trends.
Present findings and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and suppliers on Sedex and BSCI requirements.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to suppliers to help them achieve and maintain compliance.- Implement best practices and initiatives to enhance supply chain transparency and ethical standards.
Communicate regularly with suppliers to ensure they understand and meet compliance expectations.
- Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Experience in conducting audits would be preferable
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent Project management skills
