1) Responsible to efficiently process all completed international shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2) Responsible to conduct thorough inbound and outbound scanning of international consignments to maintain updated records and tracking information.
3) Responsible to prepare and manage all necessary paperwork associated with international shipments, including consignment notes, airway bills and clearance documentation, with a high degree of precision and timely.
4) Responsible to provide detailed and accurate information regarding shipments, including tracking details, delivery status, and any issues encountered.
5) Responsible to conduct weekly inventory scans to ensure accurate data and identify discrepancies
6) Responsible to weight and record all outgoing shipments, comparing against initial measurements before handover to delivery partners.
7) Responsible to verify if outstanding required payments have been received before processing shipments.
8) To be informed of status of outstanding payment from customer to proceed with processing of shipments.
1) Communication skill to convey complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders, both internal and external
2) Basic application of Microsoft Office software. Specifically on Microsoft Excel.
Able to communicate and write in English
a) Minimum SPM qualification with 1 year working experience,
b) Minimum Diploma qualification in any field
