  • Job Description:
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing files.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries.Data Entry: Enter and update data into company systems and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements as required.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
  • Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Fresh Graduate are welcome. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
Ability to handle administrative challenges and resolve issues effectively.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated professionalism and a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,000.00 per month
