- Application Processing: Review and process applications, ensuring that all required documents are received and verified for accuracy.
- Document Follow-Up: Communicate with customers to request any missing or additional documents needed to complete their application.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and manage appointments for installations, coordinating with both customers and installation centers to ensure timely service.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, applications, and appointments in our database.
- Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns that arise during the application or installation process, working to find solutions that meet customer needs.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to the application process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
