Minimum of 2 years experience in administration roles.

- Manage departmental administration tasks efficiently.
- Handle departmental correspondence.
- Perform various administrative duties related to projects.
- Collect, file, index, and maintain quality records and filing systems.
- Register quality records and manage storage in designated areas.
- Record and distribute incoming and outgoing project documents and correspondence.
- Arrange travel and accommodation related matters as required.
- Provide clerical support as directed.
- Assist in ISO-related matters.
- Assist in preparing reports and slide presentations.
