Clerical Support - Prepare and format documents, reports, and files.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. ,,
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files.
- Scheduling and Coordination
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives and team members..
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for staff as needed.
- Office Management
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained. ,
- Oversee office maintenance and liaise with building management for any facility issues.,
- Assist in managing office budgets and tracking expenses.
- Business Partner and Client Interaction

- Data Management and Reporting
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company databases.
- Generate daily reports and analyses as required.
- Qualifications:
Preferred Chinese (Work Environment )
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

- Skills and Competencies *
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) (WordExcel)
- Verbal and written communication skills.
