In charge of the company accounting day to day, tax, statutory, administrative related duties & transactions, and clerical related task.
Perform data entry on vendor invoices, staff claims and daily receipts
Prepare monthly financial report and cash flow report and other related report as and when required
Arrange daily outgoing transactions by local transfers / cheques / remittances.
Maintain proper documentation and filing system as set by company
Assist in HR function such as payroll, EPF, Socso, PCB and etc.
Attend to email / call enquiries on matters pertaining to payments and collections
Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity
Checking and acquiring operational supplies
Able to work independently, positive attitude and with minimum supervision.
Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
Excellent in using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Min Basic accounting knowledge and familiar in accounting systems will be an added advantage.
Candidate must possess at least LCCI/ Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
Excellent written and conversational in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Fluent in other language is recommended.
Independent, analytical and have a positive working attitude.
Ability to multi-task, and result driven approach.
Great attention to detail and able to meet deadline.
A good team player, proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills.
