Job Description

Scope :

  • Handling a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the company.

  • Managing office operations, coordinating with different departments, maintaining records and documentation.

  • Handle ordering & returning invoices.

  • Handling inquiries and communications, and providing general administrative support to internal & external.

  • Coordinate and consolidate for Month End Closing Activities of management.

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

    Skills / Personal Traits:

  • An analytical mind & good organizational skills.

  • Ability to stick to time constraints & communication abilities.

  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data

  • Posses skills and expertise in Ms Excel to contribute the efficient operations.

  • Working experience in FMCG distribution industry will be a plus.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

    Language:

    * Mandarin (Preferred)
