Responsible for administrative tasks for both production and non-production departments, including visa processing, office management, accommodation, asset management, transport, communication, employee services and etc.
Responsible for the onboarding and resignation processes of employees.
Organize daily activities to enhance employees team spirit.
Support employee recruitment, employee training & development and other related tasks.
Assist in handling administrative affairs, including receptionist and other assigned public affairs.
Other administrative tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
Familiar with local labor laws and regulations.
3 years or above HR administrative work experience.
Proficiency in using Microsoft office software, computer applications, and graphic design tools.
Strong communication, coordination, and event organization skills.
Basic knowledge of etiquette and interpersonal relationship management.
Good abilities in spoken and written Chinese and English.
