Job Responsibility:- Liaise with Company Secretary
Handle full spectrum of company licensing such as CIDB, ISO, FRIM, Local Authority, Ministry of Finance- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
- Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.
Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers or other equipment necessary.- Maintain and update company asset databases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
Update and help build company policies as needed- Dispatch outgoing mail and document and arrange for courier where required.
Responsible and involve in full spectrum of Human Resource functions includes recruitment & selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, industrial relations and other HR related matters.
- Develop, implement & execute of Employee Career Development
To be actively involved in strategic Human Resource planning with PIC/HOD/Managers to meet business and operational needs.- Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Manage and ensure employee particulars are properly updated.
To maintain effective filling system and upkeep of employee record.- Perform any other related duties as Management may require from time to time.
Degree/Diploma in Business Admin or Business Management at least 2 years experience .
Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
Experience with deal with government and agency
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft WORD, Microsoft EXCEL, Microsoft POWER POINT and PDF programs for efficient execution of assigned tasks.
Ability to work independently and provide support to the team and meet deadlines.
Good verbal and written command of Bahasa Malaysia English, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to provide skills related to adminstative analytical thinking, problem solving, negotiating and people related skills
Highly compliant, meticulous and attention to detail.
