Job Description

Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing and testing applicants, notifying existing staff of internal opportunities, maintaining personnel records.
  • Administers medical insurance, panel clinic.
Monitors claims by reviewing claims, substantiating documentation.
  • Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, tracking vacation, sick and personal time.
Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets, reviewing company policies, gathering payroll information, explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
  • Follow-up payments from clients.
To attend to Sales Team and Customer Success team on any AR related matters.
  • Admin matters such as general administrative works.
* User OfficeCentral system for all recording.
