Job Description:
- Day to day administration support such as data entry, scanning, documents management, answering phone calls and replying email, office billing and fillings.
- Accurately document the minutes of meetings and participate in meetings when necessary.
- Maintain reports, files, data and keeping record updates.
- Manage daily operations within the office, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Assist on tender, sales activities and communications of customer interactions.
- Maintain effective communication with other staff departments to ensure alignment and cooperation on projects and initiatives.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and efficient procurement and delivery of goods and services.
- To liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives and meet clients needs.
- Assure all purchase orders are complete including marking, packaging, payment, and documentation of shipment and monitor collections of claims.
- Ensure the front office is clean and office equipment is kept in good condition and well-maintained.
- Support and perform any other duties that may be required by the head or other department.
Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Administration, Marketing, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Good interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8.00 am - 5.00 pm OR 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
- Saturday: 8.00 am - 1.00 pm (WFH)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
