Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate student clubs and societies to support their activities, development, and to encourage student engagement in extracurricular and co-curricular programs.
  • Assist the clubs and societies unit in managing and promoting student-led organizations. Support the planning and execution of club events and activities, and provide guidance to students on establishing and running their own clubs and societies.
  • Organize and conduct weekly logistics and operational meetings. Collaborate with various teams on event setups, create and distribute weekly floor plans, and send out confirmation emails.
  • Maintain and update information on clubs and societies for the student affairs website. Respond to inquiries received through social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
  • Prepare and issue e-certificates and physical certificates for events. Manage additional administrative tasks, such as room and transportation bookings.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Meticulous, multi-tasker, proactive, positive can-do attitude.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
