Job Description

The Administration Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This position involves managing office activities, supporting various departments, and performing administrative tasks to help the organization achieve its goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude.
  • Qualifications & experience
Attractive basic salary ranging from RM2,000 to RM2,500 (depending on qualifications and/or experiences).
  • Diploma/Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Knowing how to use SQL Payroll is a bonus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Tasks & responsibilities

Office Management:
  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Ensure the office environment is organized, safe, and conducive to productivity.

Document and Records Management:
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital files and records.
Ensure documents are filed correctly and are readily accessible.

Communication and Correspondence:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal staff, providing professional and courteous assistance.

Financial Administration:
  • Process invoices, manage expense reports, and track budget expenditures.
Assist with financial reporting and budget preparation.

Human Resources Support:
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing onboarding materials.
Maintain and update employee records and assist with HR-related inquiries.

Assist Compliance and Policy Implementation:
  • Ensure office practices comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Help implement and enforce organizational policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM2,500.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday


Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Administration: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
