As an Administrative cum Finance Assistant, you will provide essential support to our administrative and finance departments. You will assist in a variety of tasks, including office management, financial record-keeping, and administrative coordination. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can efficiently manage administrative responsibilities while also contributing to finance-related tasks.
- Assist in tracking and recording company expenses.
Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
Assist with bank deposits, reconciliations, and financial transactions.- Support payroll processing by maintaining employee records and assisting in calculations.
Generate financial reports as needed for management.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or team member.
Coordinate travel bookings and accommodations for staff as needed.- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations.
Manage communication with clients and vendors, facilitating smooth interaction.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and responsibilities.
